Difficulties of finding a heartbeat...

Hey everyone! Just wanted to update you on our babies fetal heart rate testing. We had another test done today. It only took 4 hours but we got it done *rolling my eyes*. Well we had to go to the hospital to have todays testing done only because the medical offices were closed for the holiday. But ya know how it goes with a hospital...they have emergencies and unexpected pop ups especially in the Labor & Delivery floor. So after a 20 minute nap, reading my book and about 50 million texts (totally exaggerating) to Chris, who had to wait in the lobby, we finally got going. And THEN it only took the nurse 45 minutes for her to get all 3 babies heart beats. I tell ya, these babies can be naughty sometimes. Seriously, I wonder if they're in there laughing as they're moving about in they're comfy sacs and we here on the outside are trying desperately to detect a heartbeat. It's only important to find it to make sure they're alive...HELLO TRIPLETS! I'm the mom...Need the info!
So anyway, after "sometime" she was able to get all 3 heartbeats. And found that they all are doing well. She didn't detect any irregularity in Snowflake B's heartbeat this time. Praise the Lord! I think Snowflake B likes to keep us on our toes...LOL Our original appointment time was 11:00am and we didin't end up walking out of there till 3:00pm. Yesss, it was a long day. Poor Chris is what I say.
But I do ask that you pray for the babies, especially because today I've been experiencing frequent cramping. The most I've experienced thus far in one day. No worries, I've been tracking them and we have somewhat of a guideline that our nurse told us to go by. They weren't frequent enough to go in to the hospital, however I'm just thinking that it's the "beginning of the END". So I'm going to experience more cramping along with other symptoms. I just would ask that you pray that these babies will at least hold out till 34 weeks. I'll be 31 weeks on Monday. So we have a few more to go. These next weeks are sooo important for they're growing and developing. Thank you so much everone!
And by the way...
Happy 4th of July to you all.
I'd like to thank all those that have served our country and are serving right now...making it possible for us to celebrate such a wonderful day tomorrow. Thank you!
Have a fun and safe holiday everybody!

Weekly Triplet Update...

Just like every week we had our appointment today to check the babies fluid and heart beats and such. In addition to that we also had our fetal heart rate/stress test. Unfortunately today they found an irregular heartbeat in Snowflake B. However, because she's moving and this was the first time that this has occurred, the doctors are not that concerned. But they did tell me to keep close watch over the babies movement. Making sure they all are moving like they normally do. Which sometimes I think to myself...I don't even know whose moving half the time! It's hard to tell. :p
So prayerfully this will go away. I'm hoping that it has something to do with the fact that I didn't go to bed till 5:30am this morning. Ahhhh!!! It's so frustrating. I'm tired, my eyelids are heavy but I just don't fall asleep. Thank goodness I have a good book to read which keeps me busy. But during the day I'm a zombie because of the lack of sleep. And then you add the already exhaustion I've been experiencing and....Well....It's the Perfect Storm. (just ask Chris...hee hee)

Oh hey all you moms out there...did you also begin to have nauseous again towards the end of your pregnancy? I'm beginning that whole stage again. I feel like I'm going back to the 1st trimester. I've been telling everyone that perhaps it's the beginning of the "end". Ya know? I've read and been told that last few weeks are the most miserable. Maybe this is what they're talking about.
Well, thank you all for checking the blog and continually praying for our babies! Again, Chris and I can't thank youl enough for your support. We're very much BLESSED! Please keep our Snowflake B in prayer.

Updated PIcs...

Like I said, I hadn't taken pics in a while. So finally today I had Chris take a picture of me and all my glory at my 29 week mark. I'm getting bigger day by day, it's insane. My tummy is measuring 45 1/2 inches around and this week the doctor measured my uterus at being full-term. So I'm at about 40 weeks in size if I was pregnant with one baby. Holy Cow...literally!

Here's a pic of my tummy. If you look closely you can see the imprints
of my pants and also of the monitors today when they did our weekly
fetal heart rate testing. These days I'm retaining tons of water!!
Chris called the imprints "crop circles". LOL

Here I am at our fetal heart rate testing appointment earlier today. I'm going twice
a week. The nurse puts all these monitors on my tummy to test
the heart rates of the babies along with any contractions I might be having.
Look at all those monitors! Today the babies weren't cooperating
all that well. They couldn't quite get a steady heart beat from
Snowflakes B or C. They ended up putting me on the ultrasound
just to make sure they were ALL doing good, which they were.
They were just being a lil naughty, that's all.

Ahhh, The day in the Life of me, preggo with triplets. :)
Have a great weekend everyone!

Exhaustion...

I have been so exhausted the past week or so. I can't believe how tired I've been. I mean just taking a shower takes the energy right out of me. After that I want to curl up and go right to bed. Is this normal? Alright all you moms out there, Holla at ya girl! Does this happen towards the end of the pregnancy? Now granted, yes I know that I DO have 3 babies inside me, but just lately the exhaustion level seems to have doubled. Wondering if it's part of the deal as the babies start growing more towards the end.

Okay here are some updated pics that have been a long time coming. These were actually from 25 weeks. I just haven't posted them yet. And unfortunately because I've been tired, the idea of going outside and "posing" for pictures has been farthest from my mind. But I'll do it don't worry. Gotta get motivated!

Have a great day everyone!

Another Update on the Triplets...

And it's another great update everyone! We went in yesterday for my "long" appointment. Which consisted of ultrasound, fetal heart rate testing and regular exam with my Dr. Again the results were the same as last week. The babies blood flow thru their umbilical cords were perfect, their fluids looked great. Of course Snowflake B has a bit more fluid than Snowflake A (which has been the case for sometime) but nothing to be too concerned about. And our lil baby boy is just doing wonderful in his own lil sac. He's just bent in half poor thing. Again the doctors are amazed at how well the babies are doing considering what we've have to endure in the past 3 months. They think it's great that the babies well-being is improving rather than becoming increasingly worse. But of course we know why! It's the prayers that ALL OF YOU have been sending on our family's behalf. The Lord is doing a miracle! Chris and I are so grateful and thankful to all of you and of course to our Lord for keeping our babies safe and growing.

So what's next? Well now we're having to go in twice a week now for fetal heart rate testing. What this does is monitor the stress of the babies thru their heartbeats along with contractions that I'm experiencing. I'll be doing this up until I deliver the babies. I've done it twice thus far and it's just hysterical how many monitors and things are all over my tummy! I don't even think the babies like it...they're always kicking and moving once the monitors are all on. It's kind of funny.
Our next goal is 33 weeks which is July 20th! Once we hit this date, we're smooth sailing. But our prayer request is that I go at least till 35 or 36 weeks! Best for the babies. Oh and our dr. did mention that if I went to 36 weeks more than likely the babies will be able to go home with us! :0 Wouldn't that be amazing? So that's our prayer request...we want our babies to be healthy enough to come home and not be sitting in the NICU for very long.
With God ALL things are possible! Keep praying everyone!

Four things...

So I get these emails every once and a while. Sometimes I respond and others I don't depending on my time. Well since I'm on "modified" bed rest, I have plenty of time.
So here it goes...

A) Four places that I go to over and over:
Bed
Bathroom
Doctors
Couch

B) Four people who e-mail me most often:
Chris
Holly
Baby Center
Facebook

C) Four of my favorite places to eat:
BJ's Pizza (one in Balboa, it's all about location)
Kado Sushi
Carl's Jr.
Orange Hill Restaurant (for special occasions)

D) Four places I would like to be right now:
Pismo Beach
On a warm beach somewhere, with my bikini on (who cares if my stomach is popping out), feeling the sun beating on me and the warm white sand in between my toes.
Maui
In a jacuzzi, with the temperature a lil warm only *wink*. My tummy is getting more and more heavy

E) Four people I'm almost sure will respond:
Hmmm.
I
Don't
Know

F) Four TVshows:
Friends reruns
Jon and Kate plus 8
Dancing with the Stars
So you think you can dance

**Alrighty, if you've read this post consider yourself tagged! I know quite a few of you click on this blog so I should be seeing a lot of blogs with this post and your answers added OR emails with your responses *wink*. I wanna see them. :)
